Back then, it was go go go, rat race speed and schedules and taking still do nothing time was not even a consideration.

Fast forward to today… while I am still get a lot done everyday, it is with more ease and learning to take still do nothing time has been a catalyst to many transformations.

One of the benefits is the intuitive guidance that frequently came and by consciously paying attention to them, it has become more automatic to trust and follow them.

A recent sunny day at an Ultimate (Frisbee) game cheering Alison as she enjoys her senior high school year being on this team
affirmed to me the power of trusting and following my intuition.

Usually I have a van full of team players carpooling to Alison’s games. During a conversation with another mom, Kit who usually drives to games when she can, I offered her a ride as she was not going to have her car for the next game, if there would be room.

That was following my intuition automatically without knowing that we would need to have Kit, an experienced nurse when a team member got hit by a disc across her nose and face bleeding for 40 minutes.

Rather than panic and rush to the hospital, there was calm and confidence, even humor with a skilled nurse right there.

We were all thankful that Kit was there.

If you are similar to what I was like many years ago, taking still do nothing time is unheard of and
you cannot see yourself doing that because you have too much to do and no time to waste on doing nothing.

You are now called to begin to include still do nothing or quiet time in your day every day.
Yes, every day!
You can and may even enjoy it.

Make this a priority and experience the results that may seem magical and you will be more aware of intuitive guidance.
We all have this powerful tool and it does take practice to develop.

If you are still questioning it as a powerful tool you already have, reflect on when in the past you had a hunch,
gut sense or intuition about something or someone and ignored it and in hind sight wished you had trusted it.

What does this mean to you today?

What will benefit from intuitive guidance right now?

What is your most inspiring way to enjoy quiet or do nothing time?

Here are a few ideas, if you don’t already have a sense, a knowing already:
Sit or take a walk in nature?
Ride your bicycle or motorcycle?
Meditate?
Pray?
Soak in bath for a minimum of 30 minutes?

Trust your intuition, it will never lead you astray!

the nuclear plants in Fukushima, Japan!

By the massive earthquakes of Magnitude 9 and surreal
massive tsunamis, more than 10,000 people are still
missing…even now… It has been 16 days already since
the disaster happened. What makes it worse is that water
at the reactors of Fukushima Nuclear Plants started to
leak, and it’s contaminating the ocean, air and water
molecules of the surrounding areas.

Human wisdom has not been able to do much to solve the
problem, but we are only trying to cool down the anger of
radioactive materials in the reactors by discharging water
to them.

Is there really nothing else to do?

I think there is. During over twenty year research of hado
measuring and water crystal photographic technology, I
have been witnessing that water can turn positive when
it receives pure vibration of human prayer no matter how
far away it is.

Energy formula of Albert Einstein, E=MC2 really means
that Energy = number of people and the square of people’s
consciousness.

My mom and aunt have been true inspirations since I was a child and many women who have become like moms to me throughout my development and even now in my life.  I am very thankful to them.

Women have increasingly become more courageous in both developed and developing countries and that’s much to celebrate.

It was a most enjoyable experience doing my first book signing at Chapters in Coquitlam, BC.  The manager commented on what positive energy there was that day and the sale of books  was a bonus as there were book signings when no books were sold.  It was interesting to meet a lady customer from a town 2 hours away; I was inspired to see her joyous spirit even though she was in the midst of some very challenging family situations.
